Delivery Process
- Site Assessment: We discuss your location to ensure accessibility (check for overhead wires, low-hanging trees, and soft ground).
- Scheduling: We work with your timeline to schedule a drop-off window.
- Drop-Off: Our skilled drivers will unload the unit using a “roll-off” method, sliding the container off the truck safely onto your chosen spot.
- Important Delivery Notes
- Driver Assistance: Our drivers are responsible for unloading the container. However, they are not responsible for on-site positioning beyond the initial drop.
- Ground Conditions: The delivery site must be firm and level. We recommend gravel or concrete pads, especially for heavier units.
- Clearance: Please ensure at least 14 feet of vertical clearance and appropriate width for the truck to maneuver.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and location. A quote will be provided prior to confirming your order.
